1. Introduction
These Terms and Warranty Policies govern all machinery sales, diagnostic bench services, spare parts supply, and trade-in exchanges provided by Chougule Sewing Machine (Est. 1991), located near Kalayan Setty Sugar Godawn, Gokak, Karnataka 591307. By purchasing equipment or commissioning repair work at our shop, you agree to these transparent terms.
2. Signature 6-Year Machine Warranty
The Chougule Flagship 6-Year Comprehensive Warranty
Every new The Chougule Machine (TA1-103-K, 95 T 10, and Super Tailor cast-iron models) carries an unprecedented 6-Year Warranty against casting defects, mechanical gear fractures, and internal assembly tolerances.
Warranty Inclusions:
- Free in-shop labor for mechanical adjustments, shuttle timing, and gear calibration.
- Replacement of internal steel gears or casting parts found defective under normal tailoring operation.
- Complimentary annual routine check-up and lubrication service at our Gokak workshop.
Warranty Exclusions: Consumable items subject to regular wear (sewing needles, bobbin cases dropped on hard stone, light bulbs), physical impact breakage caused by transit, or damage from non-recommended corrosive oils.
3. 1-Month In-Shop Repair Guarantee
Every machine serviced at our workshop bench (whether Usha, Singer, Brother, Jack, Sony Overlock, Durby, or Merritt) comes with a strict 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee. If the identical stitch timing, tension slipping, or thread snapping issue recurs within 30 days of service, our technicians will re-calibrate your machine at zero labor cost.
4. Trade-In & Old Machine Exchange
We offer honest in-person evaluations for used domestic and industrial machines. Trade-in valuations are determined on our inspection bench based on casting integrity, shaft alignment, and motor viability. Valuations are applied directly toward the purchase of any new machine in our showroom.
5. Genuine Spare Parts & Copper Motors
We guarantee that all replacement parts supplied across our counter—including Chougule 100% Copper Winding Motors (Super Deluxe 3200 RPM), Samrat motors, rotary hooks, bobbins, belts, and industrial needles—are 100% authentic and tested prior to handover.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent civil courts at Gokak / Belagavi, Karnataka, India.
